JobsTopAir Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of services, digital materials, and goods offered by JobsTopAir on JobsTopAir.vip. By using our offerings, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our location at 301 Front Street West, Toronto, ON M5V 2T6, Canada.

2. Services

Our core services include job highlight features, advisory sessions, and event bookings. Scheduling is confirmed upon payment. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the appointment are eligible for a full refund to the original payment source. Cancellations within 48 hours incur a 50% charge of the service fee. Specialized booking services with fixed slots are nonrefundable due to allocated resources.

Transfers: You may transfer a service to another date or team member by submitting a request via the support form at least 24 hours in advance.

Partial fulfillment: If we perform less than the full service, you may request a prorated reimbursement for the unused portion via the support form.

3. Information Products

We provide digital guides, webinars, and online courses. Once access to materials is granted or downloads occur, products are nonrefundable due to immediate availability. However, you may request a credit voucher valid for other digital offerings for up to 90 days after purchase by contacting us through the support form. Voucher redemption is subject to availability.

4. Goods

Physical items such as branded merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition with proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Upon receipt and inspection, refunds will be issued to the original payment source within 14 business days.

5. Refund Policy

Approved refunds are processed via the original method of payment and appear within 5 to 10 business days after approval. No additional fees are deducted beyond those specified in sections 2 to 4.

Nonrefundable services are clearly noted at booking. Exceptional cases may be evaluated individually; submit requests through the support form.
